All orders are fulfilled from bulk inventory and are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship:

  • Within the United States

  • To select international destinations

Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

  • 5–10 business days after shipment

International:

  • 10–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Preorder Items

Items marked as Preorder are not immediately available and are produced or prepared after purchase.

  • Preorder items are estimated to ship within 3–4 weeks

  • All preorder timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Production or logistics delays may occur

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.

Orders Containing Preorder Items

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items:

  • The entire order will ship together once the preorder item is ready

We do not split shipments unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Protection

Optional shipping protection is available at checkout.

  • Shipping protection must be purchased to receive coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Orders without shipping protection are not eligible for replacement or refund due to loss or theft once marked as delivered by the carrier

We are not responsible for carrier errors, theft, or loss on unprotected shipments.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional fees charged by their country

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over $100(U.S. only, unless otherwise stated).

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Additional shipping costs
    resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
