We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Items must include original tags and packaging, if applicable

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Approved returns will be sent a return address individually. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, you must have purchased shipping protection at checkout to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Items that arrive incorrect due to our error (wrong item, wrong size, or missing item) will be corrected at no additional cost, regardless of shipping protection.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, the fastest way to ensure availability is to:

  1. Return the original item for a refund (once approved), and

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process after approval

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not offer final sale items.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds,
except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.
